PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Proud To Wait, a popular abstinence organization, hired us to design and develop a website that would reach young people and adults alike. We also design various other graphics as a part of their brand.
ABOUT CLIENT:
We desire to empower these youth with the tools they need to be successful in life and to become leaders in our communities.
- We are not a religious or faith based organization. We are an agency committed to serving youth and empowering them to live successful lives.
- We offer the facts about STDs/STIs and we expose the myths about teen pregnancy while sharing the realities of it as well.
- We equip youth with valuable character lessons that help empower them to make good decisions in life.
9.1 Billion dollars of tax payer money is spent every year on teen childbearing. 1 in 3 sexually active girls become pregnant. 1 in 4 sexually active teens will acquire a sexually transmitted disease. Because our youth are highly effected by numerous environmental risks, we want to equip our youth with information as well as education which promotes Abstinence-Until-Marriage in our communities. Our goal each year is to empower and equip over 3000 youth ages 12-18 across our three sites, located in Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties.
